Apartment Refurbishment - Fylde Coast

A full refurbishment of a two bedroom apartment which had décor dating back to the early 1960's.  

As the apartment was on the 3rd floor of the building, logistics for materials was a little bit of a challenge during the building programme - over all 10wks 

The schedule of works for the refurbishment involved:

• Full soft strip out

• Complete joinery package

• New plastered finishes to walls and ceilings

• New contemporasy kitchen and bathroom

• New wall tiling 

• Redesigned living space with media wall

• Complete new central heating system

• LED lighting scheme

• Electrics

• Decorationd and paper hanging

• Floor finishes - hard and soft

• Redesigned balcony space - somewhere to chill

• Upgrade on loft insulation - 200mm thick to bring up to new regs

• In-house skilled trades people of all crafts
